New Paths in Life

Starting down a new road is a scary thing. I decided to take my art much more seriously than I previously have been. I will be attending classes online through Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I've enrolled in their Media Art and Animation Bachelor's Degree program. This puts a huge strain on me and my family, even so I feel it's the right path to take.

My head is spinning, too many thoughts lately. Art helps, it keeps things seeming half-way sane. I have a better grasp of shading with pencils now, but I will continue to practice it until I'm more comfortable with picking out where shadows and highlights are.
Just a little while longer and then I think things will fall into place.

Well, it's now 2011. Hope everyone is off to a good start. Working on a couple of new pics and trying to learn some new software. Other than that, not much going on. Still writing books. Still haven't gotten them published, but it's the struggle that counts, right? ~L~ Sure. Anyhow, look forward to seeing what new art everyone comes up with this year. :)
